Commercial Cost
Business, Commercial, and Industrial GESPER System Cost:
Business, Commercial, and Industrial GESPER systems are tailor designed for the building it is being installed into. Many commercial buildings have requirements for larger loads, have multiple breaker boxes, have large refrigeration units, have multiple multi ton air conditioning units, have large industrial high energy demand machines, etc. Every building is different and requires more detail to insure that at least the 10% kWh savings is achieved. Due to the variations of each non-residential building’s energy demand and usage, Electricity Savers Plus provides two different prices to the customer at two different times.
The preliminary estimate to install a GESPER system into a non-residential building is 11.75% of 2 years of electric bill totals plus tax or shipping. If a company has not been in business for 2 years or if their are factors that have increased the most current years electric bill; such as additional equipment, building expansion, longer hours of operation, etc; then the most current year of electric bill total will be utilized and the preliminary estimate will be 23.5% of the one year total plus tax or shipping.
As a part of the process of tailoring the GESPER system to the building to maximize savings we have a license electrician draw an electric schematic map of the building and take readings. If EEC blueprints are available, then this will save time and upfront cost to the customer of hiring and electrician to create the schematic. All this information is then sent to the technicians. The technicians will then provide us a schematic of the actual units that need to be installed and where they need to be installed at. They will also make other recommendations to maximize savings. This information is then given to the local licensed electrician and from there the actual cost to install is given to the customer prior to installation.
We typically like to utilize a licensed electrician that has already provided previous work into the building that the GESPER system is being installed into. The reason is that the electrician may already know of issues that can be conveyed through Electricity Savers Plus to the technicians. This helps to further tailor the system to maximize savings to the customer.
